Job Description

We are having an urgent opening for Regional Marketing Manager position with one of our client who is a Manufacturer of Masterbatches and compounds for the Plastic Industry.

Major Responsibilities:

Need to find work with the current distributors and also recruit new distributors for channel sales.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and strategy development within one or more markets.

Calling on the corporate offices of the targeted customers in the market to develop relationships and close sales.

Coordinating sales efforts with Account Development Managers, Business Development Managers.

Communicating appropriate information to all stakeholders, including internal and external customers.

Maintain key customer relationships and improve revenue from each of the customers.

Interface and work closely with store operations to ensure attainment of sales and operating goals.

Responsible for maintaining price objectives across the territory and for agreeing on special deals beyond normal established price lists and terms and conditions.

Establishes performance goals and plans for each Sales Representative and conducts regular reviews to ensure performance standards are being met.

Recruit, develop, mentor, and motivate sales staff.

Manage the sales activities of stores and sales representatives in the market, achieving sales plan and maintaining expenses set within budgetary guidelines.

Ensure proper development of Sales Reps by identifying training opportunities and by providing a positive coaching model.

Maintain appropriate pricing levels according to established procedures.

Analyze territory performance reports and develop strategic sales territory business plans.

Execute strategic market plans and monitor progress against territory sales goals.

Actively call on key accounts and assist Sales Reps as appropriate.

Need to ensure self-targets and team targets are met.

Candidate should have handled the North India Markets.
