Job Role :

- As a Regional Marketing Manager, you should have sound knowledge of BTL and ATL Marketing, good understanding of the local geography. We also expect you to have a creative mind and excellent coordination & stake holder management skill.

Responsibilities :

- Extending support in developing and execution of annual marketing plan and marketing strategy for the states.

- Co-creating media and advertising strategy- ATL, BTL, SM, Digital, CRM, PR & CSR.

- Planning, monitoring execution and optimizing Budget Vs Spend across all offline marketing activities.

- Working on various regional festivals to create neighborhood brand experience at the respective states.

- Coordination with the branches and helping them with various execution of marketing campaigns.

- Planning, tracking and optimizing budget vs. spend across all offline marketing activities.

- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, SCM, IT, Legal, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

- Plan, schedule and execute marketing activities to support the successful operation of events.

- This includes pre-event marketing and all activities relating to the event itself

- Coordination with regional/HO stakeholder

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices

- Responsible for identifying and closing strategic local partnership opportunities.

- Drive offline campaigns from scratch i.e., hiring, training, budgeting, alliances, planning and final implementation/execution while ensuring that desired KPIs are met.

- Plan & implement innovative solutions analyzing the competition - Strategic planning and implementation around important occasions and special projects.
