Regional Marketing Manager - Bank (3-7 yrs)
Managing the promotion of the Banks products in the designated region in order to attain product leadership.
Key Result Areas:
Marketing Campaigns :
1. Conceptualize and Plan marketing campaigns with Zonal Heads/ RSMs /Central Marketing to meet business objectives for the branches and other business groups
2. Organize activities to promote Branch Launch, Relocation and Anniversary
3. Create adequate visibility about the branch presence in the catch ment area
4. Organize relationship building activities in/for the branch to engage with the existing customers
5. Tracking and monitoring of promotions to evaluate impact
6. Engage with various Assets Sales Teams in the locations to plan and execute sales promotion activities
Budgetary and Commercial Controls :
1. Number crunching in terms of cost of acquisition and incremental number generation
2. Evaluate and control marketing spends
3. Vendor management to ensure more bang for the buck
Market Research :
1. Organizing for local dip-stick research/focus groups based on central initiatives or local needs
2. Analyzing findings and communication of the same with the Branches/Central Marketing
3. Understanding customer perception of other banks

- Development and execution of marketing plans to reach the customer segments
- Develop marketing leads and supervise the budget
