Key Activities & Responsibilities :
- Implemented Trade marketing program in the regional in alignment with the sales and marketing strategy
- Develop the trade marketing budget for the region
- Develop local promotion programs and events in discussion with sales teams
- Detail appropriate promotion activities to be implemented in the channel and by product category, where appropriate, to create demand and promote products
- Identify and develop the required marketing collaterals, promotion materials, signages, etc.
- Identify appropriate vendors for items and ensure timely delivery and quality of materials
- Institute a process in discussion with the sales team to ensure timely and proper display of promotion materials, proper display in dealer points, etc. of company products and materials and adherence to defined brand guidelines
- Ensure proper conduct of local promotion events and ensure proper detailing of all actions required and adequate coordination with local teams
- Tracking impact of promotion activities in close coordination with sales to assess effectiveness
- In coordination with Channel development closely monitor channel activities including competition promotion and trade marketing activities to develop appropriate counter measures
- Meet periodically with key dealers to understand market activities and get feedback on promotion activities and effectiveness and explore possibilities of co promotions
- Participate in the design and development of incentive plans for dealers to integrate in planning of trade marketing activities
- Develop together with marketing appropriate communication plans to the channel especially for new launches
- Develop digital communication tools to ensure more constant communication with the channel
- Develop and deliver trade influencer programs and communication plans
- Ensure that all the commercial processes for incurring expenses and accounting are adhered to and records and documentation properly maintained
- Facilitate timely payments to local vendors and service providers in coordination with Accounts
