Regional Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - FMCG (10-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- Our client is a leading Indian company into Ready to Cook Food Products, looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha.
- Responsible for Sales Strategy and implementation of the Sales plan, General Trade, Modern Trade, Distribution Network, Marketing, Inventory Management, MIS, recruit and train the sales team, Motivate the Sales Team to achieve the Targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have atleast 8 years of experience in FMCG, food products sales, should have managed multiple states and handled multiple teams of ASMs, should be able to handle a team of 20-25 people, experience in Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha.
