- Position Overview:-
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the Bangalore, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Tyres/Rubber industry, coupled with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving results. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share within the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Bangalore, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu regions.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet/exceed sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the Tyres/Rubber industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and delivering business outcomes.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
