Regional Manager - Sales - Stock Broker & Financial Services Provider (5-10 yrs)

Educational qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
Work experience :
- More than 5 years of corporate managerial experience SEBI/Exchanges/Broking/StockMarkets
- Should have good communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall development of region (i.e. Business Management, Collection activities, Authorized persons and man power etc.).
- Acquire HNI and ultra HNI category clients (privilege category) for broking & third party products through networking, database, references
- Assisting recruitment processes, handholding and mentoring Branch Manager. Motivating and making them self dependent in day today operations including RMS and dealers.
- Developing micro strategies for their branches and assisting team members individually to achieve their defined goals. Providing time to time feedbacks and reviewing performances of theirs team members in proactive manners.
- Require to understanding various queries and service iss members and insuring appropriate solution in define time lines.
- Designing and implementing customize marketing and promotional activities for various branches and territories, keeping in mind market dynam available resources like AMCs, TPDs, depositories, exchanges regulators etc. with the purpose of creating Company's high visibility and acquiring more clients.
- Ensuring productive relationship w branches assist them in various functions and operational matters.
- Acquired more number of business associates and making them independent.
- Ensuring high level of compliance norms as per taking appropriate for non-compliance practices measures for observed.
- Interview and assessment of new joinees (Branch Manager / RM cum Dealer / Back Office assistant).
- Training need identification and current affairs development) of Branch Manager / RM cum Dealer / Back Office assistant.
- Generating and implementing various evaluation methods to provide timely feedbacks to team me to enhance their performances. Tools can be sending mail update on branches performance / ranking, telephonic review (conference calls), monthly review meets etc.
- Creating knowledge / skills driven environment among teams where team members regularly them knowledge / skills with appropriate certifications (NISM) and professional degrees.
- Developing a conducive environment where teams feel highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- He acts as mentor and team player to drive the teams across the region
- Providing timely suggestions to management on strategic matters like expansion / closure of branches based on dynamics of geographic location.
- Designing, developing and driving strategies for the implementation of IBT (Internet Base Trading) and conversions of existing clients on IBT platform. Adding new clients on IBT platforms right from beginning.
Skills :
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving or Analysis skill.
- Should be Accurate and responsible
CTC : Rs 8.0 lpa to Rs 12.0 lpa (Depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
