Regional Manager - Sales - Staffing Firm (12-20 yrs)
Regional Manager - Staffing industry
Responsibilities :
- Ensure new business and growth.
- Manage regional P&L for general staffing, Integrated facilities management, security operations for the region
- Deal with clients for acquisitions, escalations, placements, BCV etc.
- Define KPIs and KRAs
- Create hierarchy and growth structure
- Negotiate and close contracts with LOI prior to deployment at site.
- Survey market and maintain database of prospective clients.
- Build high-performing team through mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Monitor team's performance and improve with cross-function coordination.
- Acquire new business acquisition
- Build a planned network of contacts
- Define strategies for growth in line the with organisational goals
- Ensure profitability
- Liaison between management and inter-departmental stakeholders
