Regional Manager - Sales - South (12-15 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Achieving business goals and revenue targets as per Company Policy.
2. Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
3. Complete Inside information on the Competitors and their strategies.
4. Close Interactions with EPCC Contractors, PMC's & End Users for Upcoming projects and ongoing projects.
5. New Lead Generations.
6. Setting up the footprints and market presence in verticals like Steel / Power / Private Sector / IT / Infrastructure / Railways / DMRC / Defence / Banking Etc.
7. Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans for High End Products like Fire Suppression, Integrated Fire Detection, Aspirating Smoke Detection, LISTEC, and Redundant Fire Alarm Systems etc.
8. Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
9. Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
10. Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
11. Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
12. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
13. Dealing with escalated customer issues and legal actions.
14. Attending Pre Bid Meetings for the upcoming tenders, maintaining good and healthy relations.
15. To make site visits if required for pre generation of enquiries.
16. Payment Recoveries.
17. To Manage Site Related Activities.
Skills and Experience
Qualification - The person should be an engineer preferably in electrical or mechanical specialization with MBA or equivalent preferred.
Relevant Experience - He or she must have minimum 12-15 years of experience of dealing in Fire Fighting equipment & Systems and making offers for PSU /Government tenders and correspondence with PSU, Government companies & corporate clients
Soft Skills - Pleasing personality, Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, persistent and convincing, ability to work under pressure.
