Regional Manager - Sales - Pharma (8-25 yrs)
- Age limit of 45 years
- Should be from good Pharma company handling Bangalore area
- Handled sales of Rs.70-80 lacs and above per month
- Handled Pharma team of more than 20 to 30 people
- Should have more than three years experience as RM and should have traveled extensively in Bangalore field work.
- Should be stable and be able to drive business, monitor field work of M.Rs / AMs and ensure effective field work.
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
