- Required Experience : 10-15 yrs of experience of Life Insurance in Agency Channel.
- CTC Bracket : upto 24 LPA
- Educational Qualification : Any Graduate

- Age : Below 43 Yrs
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle a team of Sr. DM/DM, BM.
- Responsible for enhancing productivity of mapped branches.
- Planning & monitoring daily, monthly and quarterly activities.
- Creating the business plan and helping the team to achieve it.
- Maintain the revenue targets and persistence targets of the organization.
- Responsible for hiring and retention of the Sr. DM/DM, BM, RDMs.
