We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping clients achieve financial security and peace of mind.
What you'll do :
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their unique circumstances and financial goals, and recommend personalized insurance plans that meet their specific needs and budget.
- Build Lasting Relationships : Provide exceptional customer service, offering guidance and support throughout the entire insurance process, from initial consultation to policy implementation.
- Achieve sales goals by consistently exceeding customer expectations and establishing trust-based relationships that last.
- Stay Informed & Adapt : Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to ensure you are offering the most relevant and effective insurance solutions.
Who you are :
- You have a strong educational background, with a bachelor's degree required.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, with a focus on life insurance.
- You are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a genuine passion for helping people and thrive on building strong customer relationships.
- You are between the ages of 22 and 38 and have been a resident for at least 3 to 5 years.
