Regional Manager - Sales - Legal Service (15-22 yrs)
The Primary Profile we are looking for is Role of Regional Managers
Business Growth :
- Identify and acquire new small/mid/large corporate clients in different lending segments within policy guidelines.
- Meet loan intermediaries/consultancy firms for new business
- Explain STCI products, understand customer needs & propose products or lending terms to cater these requirements within policy guidelines.
Building & maintaining relationship with clients :
- Renewal of existing accounts
- Timely resolution of client queries / requirements
- Overall contribution in building / maintaining loan book
- Planning and completion of periodical inspections of mortgaged properties
- Periodical review of Auditors / LEs reports for existing accounts"
Credit Processing & Execution:
- Market intelligence generated for Credit Appraisal
- Research input to processing team for Credit Appraisal
- Liasoning with clients / advocate / valuers etc. for processing and execution
- Vetting of advocates / valuers, LEs reports
- Adherence and compliance to Credit policy / manual and management directions"
Asset Quality & Recovery :
- Timely Collections and Recovery of stressed accounts
- Measures initiated for timely collections and payments
- Market Intelligence / input provided / steps taken for minimization of slippages".
