Regional Manager - Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in selling SaaS based software solutions & services to small, medium & large companies in India.
- Experience in account management with up sell / cross sell skills.
- Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques.
- Develop new business opportunities in the defined geographies and convert the same
- Recruit and onboard channel partners in defined regions.
- Work closely with existing or new partners to build pipeline, close deals & achieve the set revenue targets
- Take responsibility of the area and focus on developing the market
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain CXO-level interaction and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills are a must.
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel on need basis.
Educational Qualification:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT from a reputed College/University
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
- MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage from a reputed College/University
