- Ideal candidate would have 7 to 12 years of experience in Sales and Account Management in South India and should have excellent relationship management skills in the HR services domain
- Should be comfortable with C level relationship management
- Expected to have excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Good conflict management and resolution skills
- Should have a good mix of experience in Key Account Management and Opening New Accounts
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a Matrix reporting environment
