Regional Manager - Sales - FMCG - West (8-13 yrs)
Regional Manager Sales - West India ( Leading FMCG client)
Responsibilities :
- Grow the sales of with existing dealers and stores as well as identifying new sales opportunities in the Western region.
- Effectively manage a portfolio of accounts ensuring revenue targets are reached and customers relationships are built according to growth plans and KPIs
- Lead and guide Area Sales staff on best practices, promotional activity and work in partnership to identify opportunities to grow
- Prepare forecasts and budgets for on-going and new business customers
- Track competition activities and suggest/ devise pre-emptive programs to counter at shop floor level
- Attend trade fairs and events as required to generate leads and build relationships
- Jointly develop and implement sales & marketing programs for customers
- Contribute to reporting, planning and managing the competitor market
- Manage sales and distribution teams on the ground in the region
Education/Experience :
- Total 8 to12 years in FMCG sales, distribution and BTL
- Implemented innovative sales/marketing initiatives & experience to start up brands/operations
- Widely travelled across urban markets with market good understanding
- Exposure to Gen Next product sales and lifestyle products
- Good Exposure to Modern retail, large format stores, HOTELS, institutions and service industry
- Exposed to modern retail engagements and promotions
