Regional Manager - Sales - FMCG/Iron & Steel/Cement (8-10 yrs)
Job Description for Regional Manager Sales :
Responsibilities :
- Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Research and develop new client leads and data collection.
- Independently manage the sales cycle end to end from cold calling, business development, negotiation and closure of the deal.
- Identify potential clients and decision makers within the client.
- Interact, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- To ensure clients satisfaction as regards the product and services of the company.
- To ensure payments are prompt at each sales level.
- Ensure to work closely with team members to meet the targets.
- Maintain regular coordination with active clients in the region by actively taking corrective measures.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
- Generate timely sales reports.
- Analyse data to identify new sales opportunities.
- Liaison with Logistic team to ensure smooth transportation of the product.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behaviour and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
- Ensure the team work, discipline, compliance of organizational policies & Safety, etc.
- Should extensively travel.
- Responsible for timely collection of payment.
- Credit rating of customers.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly MI.
- New customers met and converted. Reviewed of old customers.
Key Competencies :
- Excellent command over Hindi/English language (both written and verbal) as you will be interacting with very professional clients.
- Proven ability to build, sustain, and influence relationships, at all levels of an organization.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG / Iron & Steel / Cement industries Sales/ business development preferably in a service industry.
- Passion to sell and make deals happen.
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good presentation skills.
- Completed Degree in any discipline.
