Regional Manager - FMCG/Food & Beverages
Responsibilities :
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy
- Communicate on a daily basis to the central team about daily targets
Eligibility Criteria :
- 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- 3+ years of experience in sales & marketing roles
- Must have handled a team of 10 people or more
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Passion for building lasting client relationships and stellar deal-making abilities
