Regional Sales Manager for leading FMCG Company
- Managing entire sales & marketing operations and prepaid subscriber acquisition through Channel Partners.
- Providing in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors and clients to improve strategic planning and decision-making.
- Performing monthly sales forecasting and competitive analysis to determine accurate performance levels and need for growth into current and additional vertical markets and product categories.
- Recruiting, retaining and monitoring the performance of sales officer.
- Building a strong distribution network for achieving greater market reach and penetration.
- Developing the current prospect database of clients within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceeding sales targets. Exploring business development opportunities; preparing status reports and briefs for the management and maintaining appropriate records and documentation; monitoring data to support business development.
- Formulating a new advertising campaign which enhancing brand image, communicating noticeable product benefit and augmenting sales.
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs.
- Maximizing sales opportunities, proactively creating new opportunities, developing relationships with partners.
- Developing proposals, quotations, and pricing; delivering presentations and attending sales meetings and partner conferences.
