Regional Manager - Sales - FMCG (4-10 yrs)
- Manage & achieve sales volume/ value targets through Retail/ B2C sales, Channel Management, Distribution Management
- Managing distribution network/ supply chain for distributing goods for achievement of targets within specified parameters.
- Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share.
- Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Planning & scheduling individual/ team assignments to achieve the pre set goals within time, quality & cost parameters. -
Formulating /short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
- Tracking market/ competitor trends to keep abreast the changing clients requirement/ expectations.
- Identifying areas of crucial importance in the process driven business of the company & facilitate development of adequate systems to streamline the same.
- Chalking out budget plans to achieve the desired targets.
- Effectively reorganized unit offices in my territory so as to optimize customer service requirement & efficient coverage of the potential markets.
- Provide direction, motivation and training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Regular MBA with a proven sales experience preferably in FMCG/Paints Industry
- 4-10 years of Retail/Channel Sales, Distribution Management experience
- Strong sales prospecting skill with a proven track record.
- Ability to drive team sales / targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & verbal) skill.
- Strong work ethics, good organization skill, high attention to detail & disciplined work style.

UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG : MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
