Regional Manager - Sales - FMCG (15-20 yrs)
Job Description
- To run existing distribution channel and expand distribution through different modes and reach products to various parts of Tamilnadu.
- To effectively manage team size of 50 plus field force with 8 to 10 managers to achieve efficiency of operations.
- Drive and implement systems to develop business.
- Will be accountable for top line revenue generation.
- Should be able to plan independently and create plans for sales of current and upcoming products.
- Device schemes to effectively increase outlet share.
- Maintain financial discipline of distributor operations.
- Train/ recruit team and review them periodically.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be from food related business and from FMCG operations.
- Should be below 45 years.
Education-
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
