Regional Manager - Sales - FMCG (10-13 yrs)
We are in the process of sourcing a Regional Manager for our multi-national clients in consumer goods. The organization has a turnover of more than 3000 Crores and is one of the leading brand names in it's product categories. The Regional Manager position will be at the General Manager level. We are currently looking at 02 positions viz. New Delhi and Chennai.

The Regional Manager North - 1will be responsible for the organisation's operation in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and part of Delhi whereas the Regional Manager south- 2 would be responsible for Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the Sales operations of the region.
- Ensuring targeted NR, IMS, Distribution & Visibility KPIs are achieved.
- People Management - Leading a team of ASMs, Trade Marketing Managers and Area Sales Executives.
- Sales Planning - yearly & monthly targeting for all areas along with rolling forecasting at SKU-CFA level.
- GTM - Ensuring organisations Go-To-Market objectives are met through proper identification, activation, and management of sub-DBs and distributors, coverage of outlets not under direct coverage.
- Channel Management - Ensure growth across Retail & Modern Trade channels through proper planning, execution, tracking & review of all channel specific programs.
We are specifically looking at Premier B- School pass-outs from batches 2003 to 2007.
