Regional Manager - Sales - EduTech (6-12 yrs)
Key Responsibility
- Lead generation - Though Call/Fixed Meetings/Cold Call/Email/Social media
- Create Sales funnel
- Identify and tie up with potential institutions & schools to implement assessments.
- Planning & Reporting - Daily / Weekly/ Monthly
- Prepare and submit reports to department head with specified timelines defined. e.g. daily sales report, monthly report, quarterly revenue & projection report, Annual BD report
- Create and keep updated database of potential business clients on the company's sales and marketing portal
- Support exam administration team for conducting exams whenever required in case of limited staff availability for selected dates.
- Planning & Reporting:
- Prepare a sales plan for the region defined above with detailed budgets
- Prepare and submit reports to department heads within defined timelines
- Manage Team
Key Result Areas
- Meeting and exceeding revenue target by product. The target must be accomplished viz quantity and value
- Expand network of clients
- Relationship Management - Develop and sustain strong, productive customer relationships with schools & higher education institutions
- Conduct Student & Parent Orientation Programmes
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Achieve defined target of client signups and paid candidature
2. Achieve number of successful meetings required
3. Meet product/ service delivery as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience : Minimum Experience 5 years, Max Experience 8 years
- Experience of working in education industry only
Must Have :
- Proficient in English language (Written & Oral Communication) - CEFR Level C1 / GETS Scale of English Level 7
- Open to travel across South India
- Must have Bike or Car
