Regional Manager - Sales - EduTech (5-8 yrs)
We are hiring for a company in Education Products driven by Artificial Intelligence a Regional Sales Manager with an expertise to generate Business through schools across Maharashtra .
Candidates only from Education industry with extensive experience in sales of product/services/ERP to schools, will be preferred .
Remuneration: 7,00,000 - 8,00,000 C.T.C. plus Allowances and a huge incentive per quarter
Location: Mumbai
Position - Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for acquisition of new schools in Maharshtra Region and achieve quarterly targets.
- Responsible for revenue generation through upsell and cross-sell products to existing schools.
- Key account management of schools through relationship building and providing product consultation to key stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students).
- Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage at schools is effective.
- Ensure response time to schools is very high .
- Utilize company resources and coordinate with internal teams for excellent service delivery to schools.
- Share market learning's with Product and Marketing teams.
- Ensure profitable growth in sales through effective planning & execution for both short and long term.
- Support Sales leadership in forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Must have 5 -8 years- experience into B2B sales
