Job Overview-
The Regional Manager OJT Education Sales is responsible for driving regional growth by promoting and expanding the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Education Program. The role involves sales leadership, team management, partnership development, and strategic planning- to increase program enrollments, strengthen institutional collaborations, and ensure successful execution of OJT education initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive student enrollments for the OJT education program.
- Identify and develop market opportunities to expand the reach of the program.
- Align sales activities with the organization's overall objectives to maximize revenue and impact.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize collaborations with educational institutions to integrate OJT programs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry demands, competitor trends, and potential areas for expansion.
3. Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives, business development managers, and field representatives.
- Set performance targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and provide actionable feedback.
4. Stakeholder & Institutional Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners, government bodies, and corporate organizations.
- Represent the organization in industry conferences, educational fairs, and networking events to promote the OJT program.
- Engage with stakeholders to enhance the credibility and reach of the program.
5. Lead Generation & Sales Growth
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing enrollments.

- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor conversions, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze regional sales performance using data-driven insights.

- Ensure all sales and business development activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
7. Brand Promotion & Awareness
- Organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to create awareness about the OJT program.
- Represent the organization at trade fairs, education expos, and networking events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and outreach strategies.
8. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture relationships with students, parents, educators, and industry partners.
- Address concerns, feedback, and queries from students and institutions to improve service delivery.
- Ensure a seamless enrollment experience and post-admission engagement.
9. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage regional sales budgets efficiently to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high program quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-8 years in sales, business development, or educational partnerships (preferably in the education or training sector).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
