Location : Gurgaon and other metropolitan cities as well

- Working Days : Monday- Friday

- Work Timings : 10am -7pm

Experience Required : 1-7 years

Role and Responsibilities :

The role requires one to build the outreach among schools, independent career counselors and other relevant partners. These include :

- Developing annual business plans for the Outreach team while working closely with the Director

- Designing and leading Outreach strategy for assigned regions

- Responsible for achieving outreach targets for the assigned region

- Design and implementation of outreach strategies to maximize reach to target audience for UG programs

- Analyzing regional/national data analytics to identify trend, best practices and growth strategies

- Outreach among leading IB/CBSE/ICSE Schools: Organize dedicated awareness sessions about MU's Undergraduate Programme

- Nurturing and managing existing and prospective relationships with school administrators, counselors and third parties/business associates to set up interactions with students and parents of target groups

- Leading, advocating for and organizing various regional and national level student competitions. Ensuring active participation of the best students from the top schools in all Master Union events.

Eligibility :

- Minimum 2 years of experience as school counselors/university outreach professionals. Experience in business development/developing Outreach strategies

- Experience in business development/developing Outreach strategies

- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes.
