Regional Manager - Sales - Education (10-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Program Oversight :

- Lead and manage skill development programs in the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and reach.

Team Leadership :

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to motivate and engage staff.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Build and maintain relationships with donors, government agencies, and community organizations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and align programs with regional skill demands.

Project Management :

- Oversee donor-funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and timely reporting.

- Monitor project performance, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.

Budget Management :

- Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

- Track expenditures and ensure financial sustainability of programs.

Performance Evaluation :

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs and staff.

- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program impact and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the skill development industry.

- At least 5 years of team management experience.

- Proven expertise in managing donor-funded skilling operations for a minimum of 5 years.

- Strong understanding of the local job market and skill development needs in the region.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
