Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Kerala.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the Kerala team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer service.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales across B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G segments, leveraging existing networks and developing new opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate key partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Team Management & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Market Expansion & Brand Building:
- Establish and enhance Decision Tree Solutions Private Limited brand presence in Kerala.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to reach target audiences.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the EdTech domain, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Extensive experience in managing and growing business operations in the Kerala market.
- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G sales strategies and execution.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network of contacts within the Kerala education and corporate sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT upskilling market.
