Regional Manager - Sales - Chemical (3-8 yrs)
Hiring for our associate Client MNC in to Epoxy resins
Roles and Responsibilities
A Pioneer manufacturer of epoxy resins in the entire ASEAN region and Indian subcontinent is looking for Candidate for the role of Regional Manager - SAARC for their team.
Qualification: MBA (mandatory) with min 4+ yrs experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and achieve annual sales plan for DCA products in assigned territory -
- Build and provide accurate forecasting as well as sales plan on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Keep monitoring the customer order position and ensure profitability and take measures to bridge the gap.
- Maintain regular visits to key customers in assigned territory and ensure contact with the customer across the hierarchy.
- Monthly discussion and review with International Business Head for monitoring performance of the territory
- Handling Region - SAARC, China, Japan, South Korea & ANZ along with Lead
- Identify new customer through business development strategy
- Continuous market mapping of untapped countries/applications/segments that will help gather inputs to formulate a growth plan.
- Implement the sales strategy in new territories/application segments
- Identify, manage Distributor & Indenting Agent for enhance sales
- Scout for the markets where there is requirement for a distributor or indenting agent in consultation with Lead Region and IB head.
- Ensure standard selection process and get the right channel partners.
- Ensure agreements are in place for both existing and new Distributors.
- Review performance of the existing distributors and monitor targets. Constantly monitor credit limits and levels.
- Manage receivables to mitigate risk
- Set targets for each country for a month. Send communication to all customers in the beginning of the month.
- Visit customers along with sales team or along with the higher authorities if there is management of critical tasks which is required.
- Weekly inputs to be given to function buddy (FB)
- Ensure collection in time and control overdue
- Implement the promotion & brand awareness strategy of the products
- Ensure brand promotion and awareness.
- Use print media (magazines, journals) for brand promotion.
- Participate in exhibitions and seminars to create brand awareness and product offerings.
- Manage customer complaints & queries for better service
- Gather data of customer complaints and inform the Lead Regional & FB- Complaint management for timely complaint management
