Position Overview :
The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of inRupi by identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships. This position requires a proactive approach to developing relationships that enhance our service offerings and align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Partnership Development :
- Identify and evaluate potential Banking partners to create strategic alliances that drive business growth.
- Negotiate partnership, ensuring alignment and growth
Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, acting as the main point of contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure partner satisfaction and alignment.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and compliance, to implement partnership initiatives effectively.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's Degree
