Job Description:
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading a team of agents, driving them towards meeting sales targets, while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires effective team management, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select and train agents to optimize their performance and align with company goals.
- Set clear targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure the highest service standards are consistently met.
- Manage marketing efforts to increase agency visibility and attract new clients.
- Ensure that all activities comply with company rules and industry standards.
- Monitor and assess agent performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Report team performance to senior management and suggest improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2+ years in marketing or sales, with leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
