Regional Manager - Sales - BFSI (13-22 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Incumbents should have strong experience in making the Cold calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus area.
- Prefer someone who meet at least 4 - 5 prospects / clients on a daily basis & prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly sales activity reports.
- Candidate should have strong skills in nurturing good relationship with prospects at the CXO level.
- Prefer someone who has exposure in tracking target Vs. Achievements
- Applicants who could handle an internal interface with presales, billing, commercial team to ensure overall group targets are met & should maintain a healthy and cooperative environment in the team.
Desired Profile
- Candidate should possess selling experience in Banking Space and should have sold Core Banking Solutions (CBS) to Co-operative Banks like, District Cooperative Banks or Urban Cooperative Banks
- Applicant must be specialized in selling Products or Services to Leading Private Banks or Foreign Banks and should have proven track record of sales in products and services in the BFSI space with minimum annual Sales of INR 8 - 10 Crore.
- Applicant should be willing to travel on business needs & moderate to intensity
