Regional Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Sales Leadership & Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and forecasts.
- Monitor team performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., sales volume, conversion rates, customer satisfaction), and identify areas for improvement
Customer Focus:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Promote and educate customers about the benefits of insurance products.
