Regional Manager - Sales - BFS (4-6 yrs)
Key Result Areas :
- Responsible for driving sales and achieving the targets in the mapped Territory.
- Driving Product mix in his territory.
- Responsible for Activation of number of IBCs in his Territory
- Will help IBCs to sell by coaching them through Observation/Demonstration (I do you see)
- Ensure all his New IBCs are undergoing NHIT & Tenured IBCs are undergoing session as specified by organization.
- Coverage of all IBCs with interactions/Training programs once a month.
- Keeping productivity levels maintained of IBCs mapped to him & ensuring upward bucket movement in categories.
- Maintaining & sharing regular MIS of business.
- Escalating, following up & resolving issues of IBCs related to Technical, financial, marketing etc.
- Categorization wise IBC coverage.
- PJP Adherence
- Responsible for driving agreed width & depth of distribution in IBCs through acquisition & product sales

MS Excel
Desired Skill set(Non-technical) :
Must have experience in Channel sales or distribution sales.
