We are having an urgent career opportunity - "Regional Sales Manager - MSME Sales - NBFC - Delhi" with one of our NBFC clients based in Mumbai.
Our client is a leading NBFC which provides financing to MSMEs to help them install high quality solar systems.
Role:
Regional Sales Manager - North, the incumber, will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives within the designated region.
Location: Based out of Delhi and will travel out of the city as per business requirements.

Candidate Details
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC / Bank, doing B2B / MSME / LAP lending; (clean energy sector sales experience is preferred.)
- Recruiting, training and managing of the sales team to deliver on the targets in the assigned territory.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Effective communication skills.
