Regional Manager - Merchant Acquisition - Payment Solutions - North (10-12 yrs)
The client is one of the world's leading payment solutions and workplace services in employee benefits, rewards and payment solutions. They are a well-known name in business services as well as a ubiquitous payment mode in general trade and modern trade stores. To look after their merchant acquisition business, they are looking for a Regional Manager for the North.
Reporting in to the Business Head for Merchant Relations, the role would involve :
1. Being able to sell the company's line of services to both small business and large merchants - from acquisition to customer onboarding to relationship management
2. Building a network of trusted partners and alliances who would champion the company's line of solutions as their payment model
3. Increasing the acceptance of the company's payment solutions with different merchants in the North
4. Being responsible for post-sales service to the set of clients that are onboarded
5. Integrate merchants internally and work with sales and technical teams to seamlessly onboard them on online and offline
The ideal candidate would :
1. Come with 10+ years of experience in merchant acquisitions, partnerships and alliances
2. Be ideally from the payment solutions space or F&B start-ups
3. Have an excellent knowledge of the North geographies and a good network within it
4. Have a proven track record in merchant acquisition and partnership building
