Regional Manager - Marketing/Sales - Homoeopathic Medicines (10-20 yrs)
Representatives to market homoeopathic medicines of the territory :
- Develop market strategies to promote and sell imported German Homoeopathic Products to doctors and pharmacists and other health care professionals
- Identify prospective business / market opportunity for the company.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and report directly to the Senior Management on progress
- Hold training and development sessions for the junior field staff relating to product Knowledge, presentation to customers, key selling features etc.
- Researching competitors and their respective market performances and strategies
- Should be able to "meet and exceed" the company sales targets.
Skill Required :
- Proven senior-level marketing experience in Homoeopathy.
- In-depth market knowledge homoeopathic especially in the Northern India market.
- Established customer relationships that could be leveraged upon
- Strong and effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, self-driven and innovative thinker
- People management experience.
Education :
- Graduation in any specialization with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Homoeopathy Company
- Minimum qualification: Graduate & Computer friendly.
- Candidate with Qualification of B.Pharma / B.Sc / BBA would be preferred
