Regional Manager/Manager - Business Development - Loan (1-3 yrs)
Position : RM / BDM
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ability to drive - sales targets- of multiple loan products - PL, BL, HL, LAP etc.
- Driving business through aggregators like CA- s, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc.
- Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
- Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.
- Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time.
- Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
Key Skills :
- Minimum 1-3 year of relevant experience
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Have strong leadership skills.
- The candidate must be aged between 25-35 years of age.
- The candidate with experience in the loan industry
- Knowledge of local language.
- Knowledge of local bankers
Compensation - 25,000 - 30,000 p.m. + travel reimbursement
Maximum Age limit - 25 to 35 years
Job Location: - Gujrat/ Maharashtra/ Tamil Nadu/ Karnataka/ Haryana /North
Qualification: - Any Graduate / MBA
