Role/Designation : Regional Manager - Institutional Sales
Job Profile/Deliverables :
- Responsible for delivering individual and team sales target assigned by managing a set of relationship in Bangalore.
- Sales & Advisory, to increase the no of active corporate accounts, to develop & maintain working relationships with key decision makers in Corporates & important distributors.
- To maximize our market share with all accounts where directly responsible for sales.
- Advising Corporates on making appropriate investment decisions.
- Team Building, to develop excellent corporate sales team, by proper information management, motivation & relationship management skills
- Coordination, to coordinate with internal depts. Like operations, compliance & fund management & inform team members.
Candidate Profile :
- Ready for individual contributor role in Institutional sales for Investment Products (Mutual Funds)
- Computer Applications (Word / Excel/ PowerPoint )
- Networking & Interpersonal Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Relationship Management skills
Work Exp :
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Institutional sales in BFSI domain,Mutual Funds Sales exp.tocorporate/B2B preferred
Requisite Competencies :
Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Motivation, interpersonal and persuasive skills, sound knowledge of numbers and eye for detail.
Requisite Qualification :
Essential :
- Graduation is a must (For all profiles)
- MBA/CA/CFA is a must depending on profiles
- Mandatory - AMFI certification
