Our client, a large FMCG company, is currently looking for a well experienced HORECA Sales Manager.
In this role you will be Responsible for Business Development and Sales Management for achieving of the Top line revenue of the Company.
You will have following responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing the operation team, developing coverage sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and expanding company's business.
- Manage the build strong business relationships with all Hotel, Restaurant, Club, Cafe' shops and Canteen.
- Achieve growth and hit operations targets by successfully managing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's requirement base and ensure its strong presence.
- Present Sales, revenue and expenses and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Assist in the development of the Quarter, Half a year, annual operation plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for their territory
- To Analyze and report the data of Sales, Promotion, Pricing and Distribution Activities.
Skills :
- Food Industry sales & marketing experience of at least 8 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
