Regional Manager - Growth Hacking & Business Development (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Franchisee network development.
- Driving demand across a set of locations serviced by Client
- On-boarding Client franchisees ( operational/ financial both)
- Conducting market research & identifying new locations for launching Client services and building initial demand
- Identifying new target audience through market research
- Implementing BTL activities with our customer communities
- Identifying New BTL campaigns/activation mechanisms specific to our customer base to get new customers
- Partnerships & corporate tie ups
- Team management ( bigger team 15 to 20+)
- P&L management of the city ( from demand & hub perspective)
- Data analysis & interpretation
