Regional Manager - Glass/Aluminum /UPVC Windows & Doors/Laminates & Plywood/Building & Construction (8-15 yrs)
Regional Manager- West
- Industry Requirement- Glass/aluminum / UPVC windows & doors, Laminates and Plywood categories of the building and construction industry.
- Creating regional sales plans and quotes in alignment with business objective.
- Supporting team members with day-to-day team operation.
- Evaluating team and individual performances.
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and yearly profits.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales persons.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyze regional market and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- For all primary & secondary sales through the above mentioned channel and execution of order fulfillment for individual and team members.
- Develop new market and appoint direct dealers / distributors by search for channel partners in assigned zone.
- Responsible for meeting annual sales target (by quantity & by value) assigned in the region under him.
- Ability to interface with Commercial Architects, PMCs, Specifies, Fabricators with the objective of prospecting project business.
- Will be responsible for brand presence & penetration thru- these channels & also position any future sub brands into similar or newer markets.
- In co ordination with the channel partners, will be responsible for implementing ALUTUFF branding & marketing collaterals at points of sales.
- Key Accounts management and ensuring that customer relationship development is with the objective of business building and creating brand loyalty.
- Ensure that all reporting (written and verbal) are submitted by the channel outlets as per defined timeline and formats.
- Prepare a structured system of market feedback on product, product range, service expectation from customers with the objective of business building and growth from the showrooms
- Execution of trade promotions like loyalty programs, special schemes & product promotions, designing local in shop promotions & activities to grow the channel business.
