Job Description :
- Candidate will lead a team of 20 Officers in the assigned district and drive Lead Generation Activity.
- Each Office will have assigned target on of Premium and Lead generation.
- RM should be ready to be part of the Team Activity
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have 5 years experience in Insurance company in Team handling role.
- Currently should be working for an Insurance Company.
- Age Max 42 .
- Candidate with Agency and Direct Vertical will only be consider .
