Its products offers customers a secure payment instrument which can be used over an affiliated network while its programs helps its clients reach, distribute, reward, include and retain their partners, customers and employees.
The client is a payments company focusing on Groups. connects consumer and corporate spends to merchants through proprietary tech platforms; in the form of Employee Rewards and Recognition, Perks, Benefits and Expense Management, Group Dining and Concierge, Channel Partner Incentive Programs
The client is looking for Regional Manager ( Corporate Sales) for Kolkata & Bangalore locations

JOB TITLE - Regional MANAGER-( Corporate Sales)
EXP - 8- 13 years in corporate sales / Business Development ( Concept sales/ B2B SALES/ Dot companies/ Logistic companies/ ANY BODY WHO HAS been interacting with Senior HR professionals in corporates/ companies in the Kolkata or Bangalore region
THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-
- Minimum 8- 12 years of Corporate Sales, and atleast 4 years managing a team size of 6 or more
Skills - B2B Sales,Self Motivated, Team Management, Performance Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, Client Retention, Sales Strategy Execution, Sales Forecasting, Ability to assess and hire talent and develop them. Understands geography and has market intelligence. Good leadership skills
- Manage branches spread across North & East regions to deliver targeted business growth.
- Apply innovative ideas to target unexplored market and segments
- New business development
- Client Retention.
- Formulate the long term strategic objectives of the organization in conjunction with the other stakeholders.
- Provide management input on strategic direction by developing a yearly business plan for the territory.
- Managing business growth through ideal leadership of the team, setting clear objectives in order to maximize individual member and teams- performance.
- Hire, train, develop and retain talent.
- Support function for the shared services in terms of MIS, feedback, & business intelligence.
