Regional Manager - Corporate Sales - International Training Firm - West (10-13 yrs)
We need candidates with
- At least 10 -12 years of experience
- They must possess leadership experience and handling team
- Must be from L&OD and/or similar kind of industry
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to give presentations to the Management and Clients
- Excellent MS office skills
- Well-groomed and dressed
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve specified business targets for self and the team for the year.
- Area of work - West - office in Mumbai.
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning, coaching, counseling employees in assigned districts;
- New Business Acquisition - Contacting prospective clients and meeting them to understand their requirements.
- Prepare and send a proposal and the work contract to the client.
- Client retention - Presenting new products and services, and enhancing existing relationships
- Co-ordinate with the client to fix the training date, co-ordinate with CRE on execution.
- Briefing the trainer about the client's objectives.
- Post training feedback from the trainer and the client.
- Coordinating with the client and the accounts team to get the payment cleared at the earliest.
