Regional Manager - Corporate Sales (10-12 yrs)
- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy & ensure the team is moving with the organization's defined direction.
- Ensure the actual revenue achieved is as per the targeted plan & identify reasons & solutions to mitigate losses.
- Monitor LOB month wise, month on month growth & provide guidance to the the sales team to achieve the desired growth.
- Increase the market share of the Organisation by adding new clients & customers
- Retain existing clients & customers.
- Collaborate with CRM, commercial & Operations teams to define strategies & achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers.
- Analyze & study sales data to identify problem areas & develop areas of improvement for the team.
- Market & sell other vertical offerings to existing customers.
- Monitor & track the collection of credit in the region & make sure the collections are as per the expected timelines.
- Review the sales performance of each Sales Manager in the region & provide strategic guidance to the team.
- Oversee facilitation of a conducive work environment that ensures high employee engagement levels in the team.
- Manage the resolution of issues escalated from team members & key stakeholders.
