- MS Excel
- Sales Presentation
- Must be good in distributor management
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving sales in his mapped territory.
- Achieving business target for the assigned territory.
- Driving product mix in his territory
- Responsible for activation of number of IBCs in his territory
- Will help IBCs to sell by coaching them through observation/Demonstration (I do you see).
- Ensure all his new IBCs are undergoing NHIT & amp, Tenured IBCs are undergoing session as specified by organization.
- Enrolling his IBCs with interactions/ Training programs once a month.
- Keeping productivity levels maintained of IBCs mapped to him & amp, ensuring upward bucket movement in categories.
- Maintaining & amp; sharing regular MIS of business.
- Escalating, following up & amp, resolving issues of IBCs related to technical, financial, marketing etc.
Please Note: Must be good in distributor management and channel sales. Need to know regional language along with Hindi. Need a candidate who can join immediately.
