Regional Manager - Business Development & Service Delivery - Insurance Firm (5-11 yrs)
Job Description :
- To drive business of Pre Policy-Medical Check-up along with the team for west region from LIC. Owning business numbers/targets and operations for the region.
- To implement business strategies for achievement of the set target along with the team
- Client meetings, Client Reviews, Intern Reviews
- To drive DC network/empanelment along with the team across the entire region.
- To have close coordination between internal departments - IT team, Doctor team, Report team, MIS team, Network team.
- To look after setting new processes, system related developments and modification in current process to achieve business nos. and seamless service to the client
- To handle entire operation process along with the team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery to the client.
- To ensure cases being closed within the given TAT and report being shared in the form of soft and hard copy to the respective branches/department of LIC.
- Team Management, Team Training, SOP creations, adherence, MIS reporting
- Complete key account management of client assigned.
- Acquiring new government clients & schemes for health check up and Doctor consultation
