Regional Manager - Business Development - Food & Beverages/FMCG (4-9 yrs)
Role :
- Developing detailed action plans in consistency with overall organisational strategy
- Responsible for managing teams as per different clusters and areas
- Set targets for each team with respect to the action plans
- Prepare strategies to acquire new clients and explore new territory for acquisition
- Implement designed processes and ensure strict adherence to it
- Ensure optimum utilisation of financial and human resources to acquire new clients over different geography
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Liaison with local government and civic bodies and maintain healthy relationships with them
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Eligibility :
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, and 1+ year of experience in a management role
- Must have handled a team of 5 people or more
- Ability to take ownership and drive both operational tasks as well as more strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Passion for building lasting client relationships and stellar deal-making abilities
