Regional Manager - B2B Sales - Engineering Equipment (12-18 yrs)
Role : Regional Manager (North/East/West/South)
Job Location : NCR/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai
Report to : National Sales Head
Candidate Age : Around 35 years
Qualification : Engineer AND MBA
Experience :
- Around 12 years experience successfully managing B to B Sales of engineering equipment in a renowned company.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth, especially in new market segments.
- Experience in handling an entire region with a P&L responsibility for the Branch will be ideal
- Experience in dealing with and a deep knowledge of Hospitality and Realty industry preferred. Candidates with PMC background as well as experience in any large value Institutional sales category will also be considered.
Profile/ Skill Set :
- Smart individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Service oriented approach to Business, with ability to handle large teams as well as several customers is a must.
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire sales team
- Agile, friendly and with good analytical skills, the individual should be an aggressive force in the market for creating Brand awareness and interest
KRA :
- Handle Sales and Service responsibilities for entire Region
- Be responsible for Target achievement and market share of the Region
- Create territory network plan and recruit/select Sales team & Channel partners and oversee their performance
- Take the lead in closing Sales with anchor clients/key accounts
- Create a strong service delivery network in the Region and monitor its progress and efficiency to deliver CSI
- Execute the Customer Relationship program. Lend a personal touch to Key accounts; regular interface with Customers
- Spot Market opportunities for generating new Business
- Motivate, Train and develop Sales team on regular basis
- Report Sales & Service performance against budget and the variances to Management on monthly basis
- Manage the P&L for the Branch
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Responsible for O&M, AMC and Spares business in the region through channel partners
